There are Four Types of Written Communications
Just a note, the more you NEED the support, favor and benefits of the audience to whom you write, the more you should communicate with the idea that "The customer (or client or CEO, or manager) is always right."

- Professionals within your organization (those who are equal to you and those with more or less authority- like managers, supervisors, CEO's, etc)
