What a week! What did Mrs. Weir learn? To
1. remind you to check weekly plans which can be updated minute by minute,
2. to never add, and only take away from plans, and 3. to remind you to make copies of assignment templates. DO NOT USE until you've made a copy.
I found a great interactive site this week for those of you exploring careers! Check this out.

So, come to the workshop on Tuesday, at 3pm this week. Share your cool job and idea tricks and tips.
I loved reading most responses to your emails. Remember to be specific not general. I used to joke that I was good at making up BS for papers in college. I have a finely perfected meter for it. Be personal. Be real. Be specific. Remember. I have read 90 of these every week. What makes yours stand out? Practice this and you'll practicing to get the job of your dreams. My sister works for Community of Hope (Washington DC) and hires people all the time. She trashes the boring letters and resumes. She also trashes the ones that are too crazy and unprofessional, or the ones where people don't follow instructions. The excellent candidate knows the middle ground!
